I have a long history of establishing and leading businesses that provide capital solutions to niche markets. Over the course of 20 years, I have built professional skills to encompass driving business performance within well-established businesses and I have also undertaken leadership roles in successful start-up organisations. Leading a large IT services business early in my career gave me a strong foundation in business information systems and ICT-based operational strategies, which have helped enormously in financial services.
In 2004 I co-founded a finance company, initially funded by a securitisation warehouse and an equity investment. The business had a vision of extending the product offering of the market incumbent and increasing the depth and breadth of lending options to medical, dental and veterinary professionals.
This business grew from strength to strength, including ownership changes that reflected the lucrative potential of the business and several brand changes. In 2017 I co-founded Credabl, a lender to the medical sector that in addition to traditional distribution channels, is developing a digital technology platform, to streamline the way in which clients can access their business and personal finance requirements.
